YouTube channel WIGS’ new documentary Judie & Yolanda highlights the inspiring stories of two women working for Save the Children, one of the world’s leading independent organizations that strives to create lasting change for children in need.

One of their biggest supporters, Jennifer Garner, offers her advocacy in an emotional introduction.

This touching documentary, which premieres on Saturday, September 1, offers insight into Judie Jerald and Yolanda Minor’s inspiring and moving work for Save the Children.

US Programs Childhood Advisor Judie Jerald works for Save the Children in Barrow Burroughs, Vermont. As a key figure at the organization, she launched the “Early Steps for School Success Program,” which is now been implemented around globally. The program targets children three and under and their parents, offering proper tools for enhancing childhood learning with the goal that parents will learn to support their child through the process.

Yolanda Minor, Early Childhood Coordinator, works for Save the Children in Gloster, Mississippi. She works closely with neighborhood families to help them understand that learning begins at home. Through at-home visits, she guides and mentors parents, teaching them how to enhance their child’s development at an early age.
