How much would you pay to accompany blonde bombshell Scarlett Johansson to her future movie premiere? The final bid in the auction to date Ms. Johansson was $40,100, with money going to Oxfam. Auction site eBay.com reported 695,183 visits and 170 bids for the date.
The UK-based top bidder, known only by the user name “bossnour”, will be thrust into the spotlight when the fortunate person escorts the star to the premiere of the actress’ upcoming film He’s Just Not That Into You in Los Angeles in June next year.
Johansson is not the only celebrity to offer herself up for auction. Mommy-to-be Minnie Driver is auctioning off a $100,000 lunch date as part of an effort between the actress’ TV show The Riches and Oxfam America.
