Regina Walton is an American who after 8 years of living, working, studying and writing abroad moved back to the USA from Seoul, South Korea in March 2009.
Communication in the form of writing, editing, and social media are her personal Nirvana. She now lives in metro-NYC where she works is the principle of her own social media management and optimization firm, Organic Social Media.
While abroad she worked as a college level instructor. She has a law degree also, but realized she wanted to live abroad and travel more than practice law. She’s a 2007 graduate of the Graduate School of International Studies at Ewha Womans University in Seoul. At Ewha, she was a top student and a recipient of scholarships.
She currently authors a few blogs, had a newspaper column in The Korea Herald and does freelance writing from time to time. One blog chronicles her opinions and observations of South Korea, another calls attention to missing person stories the press tends to ignore and the other talks about celebrities who donate their time, money and notoriety to charitable causes. In addition, to writing for Look to the Stars, she also helps maintain our MySpace and ThinkMTV pages.
