Gallagher donated an autographed guitar for an auction benefitting the Teenage Cancer Trust. He also auctioned off 200 seats for his charity shows at the Royal Albert Hall also in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust.
The guitarist played for the Versus Cancer event which was put on by the Great Northern Aid Trust. All earnings were donated in aid of cancer research and awareness.
