Russell Simmons and Prepaid Visa RushCard, along with Edward Norton, launch the #RiseToThrive Charity Challenge.
The crowd-funding challenge will raise money and awareness for non-profits dedicated to building prosperous futures for people in American neighborhoods. Throughout the campaign RushCard will award more than $50,000 to the charities who raise the most money.
