On Friday 15th March, there was a special edition of the Alan Titchmarsh Show in the UK dedicated to The Prince's Trust.
The show celebrated the fantastic work The Trust does in transforming young lives.
The show was a great opportunity to showcase six inspirational young people who have turned their lives around with the support of The Trust, giving a fascinating insight into their lives and throwing a spotlight on each of their fantastic achievements.
The show also featured some of the Trust’s dedicated Ambassadors, including footballer Jermain Defoe, comedian Omid Djalili and BAFTA-winning actor Adam Deacon.
If you didn’t catch the show live, you can catch up on the ITV Player.
