Christopher Meloni will host the Only Make Believe Gala on November 5, honoring Sir Ian McKellen and Petra Nemcova.
Only Make Believe provides interactive theatrical performances conducted by a team of three professional actors, once a week for six weeks, free-of-charge to hospitals and other medical institutions. OMB serves children living with chronic illnesses and disabilities, and is dedicated to the principle that freeing a child’s creative spirit is essential to the healing process.
Among guests at the event will be Matthew Broderick, David Bryan, Seth Rudetsky, New York City Gay Men’s Chorus, Broadway Kids Care, and many others. Rachel Weisz is a Gala Co-Chair.
