Sting's The Rainforest Foundation UK will again be hosting a brilliant online celebrity charity auction event called 12 Days of Christmas.
Auction lots are an array of very desirable gift items available to any online bidders wanting to score hot gift items for their friends and family while helping a good cause. 200 fabulous guilt-free gifts have been generously donated by celebrities, luxury labels and a variety of big, eco and independent brands all of whom want to help raise money to protect the world’s rainforests.
Auction lots include items from Sting and Trudie Styler, U2, Stephen Fry, Dame Judi Dench, Emma Thompson and even a cane signed by Hugh Laurie from the set of House! So, how does it work?
- On Tuesday 8th November 2011, the Rainforest Foundation UK will a preview list of lots to be auctioned on their website. Photo previews are being regularly added and tweeted from RFUK’s Twitter and Facebook so follow & befriend!
- On Tuesday 15th November 2011 the online auction will go live at www.ebay.co.uk/12days. The auction will run for 12 days with new items added throughout.
- And to guarantee these joyous lots can make their way under the tree in time, all items will be shipped by 7th December 2011 (or within 8 working days of payment).
This auction will raise vital funds for the protection of the world’s rainforests, and give generous bidders the warm glow of shopping to help charity and no doubt some serious love in response to their amazing present-giving come the big day!
