Eva Longoria is an Honorary Chair for Padres Contra el Cancer's 4th Annual Stand for HOPE! 5K Charity Run/Walk on Saturday, February 26.
Padres Contra el Cancer serves to raise money to continue providing benefits to families whose children are undergoing treatment for cancer at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, Children's Hospital of Orange County, UCLA,Mattel’s Children’s Hospital, USC Women and Childrens Hospital and other Southern California pediatric cancer centers. More than 1,000 individuals are expected to take part in the 5K Run/Walk. Participants will include pediatric cancer patients; their families; CHLA doctors and nurses; PADRES Contra El Cáncer Directors, Staff & Volunteers; and special celebrity guests. The Run/Walk will conclude with an awards presentation.
Also expected to attend are Los Angeles Angels pitcher Ervin Santana, Beto Cuevas (musician), Cristian de la Fuente (actor), Amaury Nolasco (actor), Angelica Castro (actor), Yancey Arias (actor), Francisco Pinto (news anchor), Oskar Cartaya (musician) and Keven Ramirez (radio host), Josie Oren (actor), Enrique Gutierrez (sports anchor) and Enrique Castillo (actor).
