LookToTheStars.org is proud to announce that The Giving Back Fund – one of our philanthropic partners – will be joined by two-time Academy Award winning actress Hilary Swank as the host of their 3rd annual Big Game Big Give celebrity charity celebration.

Swank, The Giving Back Fund, and title sponsor, Starkey Hearing Foundation, are rolling out the red carpet for the VIP charity event during Super Bowl XLV in Dallas Saturday, Feb. 5. The exclusive affair, now famous for being ranked by ESPN as the No.1 Super Bowl party in 2010, promises to be one of the weekend’s most coveted tickets.

The Texas-themed, invitation-only Big Game Big Give will bring together the entertainment and sports industry’s elite at the palatial 5-acre estate of Phil and Lillie Romano for an unforgettable evening on Super Bowl Saturday night. Hollywood’s A-list, professional athletes, and the who’s who of Dallas will enjoy gourmet BBQ and other eats provided by Eatzi’s, specialty cocktails by Dewar’s and wine from ONEHOPE, and entertainment by top Dallas DJ Lucy Wrubel, all offered in the name of celebrating philanthropy. Extravagant vacations, luxury items, sports memorabilia, and many other highly coveted items will be auctioned off during the event. The Texas-style extravaganza will benefit The Giving Back Fund and Hunger Busters.

“Distinct from all other events during Super Bowl week, Big Game Big Give creates an experience that cannot be matched elsewhere—an eclectic mix of athletes, celebrities, team owners, successful business entrepreneurs and major philanthropists in an intimate environment,” said The Giving Back Fund’s Founder and President, Marc Pollick.

The Giving Back Fund is supported in its efforts by title sponsor Starkey Hearing Foundation, as well as featured sponsors Aston Martin, Jaeger-LeCoultre and NorthPark Center. Supporting sponsors include Dewar’s, ONEHOPE and Andrew’s Distributing. Together, they are ensuring that this event will be rife with Texas charm and entertainment while honoring and celebrating philanthropy in the sports and entertainment industries. The exclusive event is strictly limited to 350 people. A small number of tickets are available for sale.

The Saturday event is night two of The Giving Back Fund’s Big Game Big Give weekend. On Friday, Feb. 4, Cowboy legend and NFL Hall of Famer Troy Aikman will host a special evening at Samuel Lynne Galleries in Dallas. Aikman will be joined by a cast of NFL greats and the evening will include cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and one-of-a-kind artworks designed by artists and celebrity favorites Michael Kalish, JD Miller, Burton Morris and Phil Romano. Each guest who attends will receive a luxury gift bag from NorthPark Center and the gallery worth more than the cost of admission.
