The Silverlake Conservatory of Music is now seeking participants to join Flea and his team, the Conservatory Runners, for the Honda LA Marathon.
Team members will meet Flea, get a Conservatory T-shirt, and get to enjoy the Conservatory Inspiration spot at mile 7.5, where there will be live music and runner support.
The minimum commitment to enter is $1000, and the first 25 people to raise that amount will get tickets to an upcoming Conservatory Musical event.
Past Conservatory events have featured the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Eddie Vedder, Metallica and many others.
The Silverlake Conservatory offers over 250 low-income access to free music education.
