Glee star Darren Criss spread a little Christmas cheer last month by helping charity at his Los Angeles concerts.
The actor performed sold-out shows at The Roxy in West Hollywood just prior to Christmas, in front of an audience that included stars such as Matthew Morrison. Audience members were encouraged to fill 15 large sacks with toys on behalf of Toys for Tots to be distributed to kids who would otherwise miss out on gifts.
The singer will also donate a portion of ticket sales to the charity.
Also in December, Criss was part of Trevor LIVE, an event held at the Hollywood Palladium that raised money for The Trevor Project's work in helping gay youth. The event honored Kathy Griffin and saw Criss team up for a duet of Teenage Dream with Katy Perry.
Other performers at the event included Sarah Silverman, Wayne Brady, Neil Patrick Harris and Queen Latifah.
