Music and entertainment industry giants will come together on November 4 for Songs of Hope VI, a special evening with live music and a silent auction benefiting City of Hope at the exclusive Esquire House LA.
The event will feature intimate performances by The Doobie Brothers, Kenny Loggins and K'naan. The Songs of Hope VI silent auction will feature rare, one-of-a-kind music experiences and autographed items, including the opportunity to bid on Slash's autographed top hat; a walk-on role in the new Jamie Foxx movie “Skank Robbers”, a pair of limited-edition THIEL “Sunburst” speakers numbered and signed by Les Paul, whose classic Sunburst guitar inspired them, original signed lyrics and Oscar-nominated scores and songs and a live auction for autographed sheet music and photo of Led Zeppelin's “Whole Lotta Love.”
The evening will honor Randy Newman and Carole Bayer Sager, with guests expected to attend including Tommy Lee, David Foster, Gavin DeGraw, Keri Hilson, Paul Williams, and many more.
City of Hope is one of the nation’s leading research, treatment and education centers for cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases. Since its founding in 1913, City of Hope has achieved numerous scientific breakthroughs and pioneered many lifesaving procedures that have benefited patients worldwide.
The event will take place at Esquire House LA, an $18.9 million, 9,000-square-foot luxury home located in the Hollywood Hills. The home was built from the ground up and newly outfitted by top designers to create a dynamic living environment personifying the modern man’s lifestyle. Events held at the Esquire Signature Spaces have raised more than $7.5 million to date.
