OK Go are well-known for their amazing music videos, and their latest – White Knuckles – is no exception. And what makes it really special is that it raises awareness of animal shelters.

Most of the dogs in the White Knuckles video are rescues. They’re the lucky ones – they have loving families. Unfortunately, there are countless animals out there who do not.

“We knew that potentially millions of people were going to see this in a very short period of time, and that a universal human love of animals was sort of going to waste,” says band member Damien Kulash. "We wanted an organization that anyone, anywhere watching it could understand was working in their community. It’s like “please help the dogs of the world,” and so we called up the ASPCA."

By going to the band’s website, you can donate to the ASPCA – the money will support rural, volunteer-run animal shelters in America.
