The Celebrity Oxfam Curiosity Shop opens today, May 14, in London – and a special online auction has been launched to celebrate.

From Friday 14 May to Thursday 20 May Selfridges’ Ultralounge, the London store’s permanent arts and exhibition space, will be transformed into The Oxfam Curiosity Shop – staffed by celebrities from Annie Lennox to Beverley Knight with all proceeds going to Oxfam.

Shoppers will be able to browse fantastic one-offs; from a special collection of Livia Firth’s red carpet dresses, to items from icons including Alexa Chung, Annie Lennox, Helen Mirren, Natalie Imbruglia and Corinne Bailey Rae and designer donations from Vivienne Westwood, Stella McCartney, Roger Vivier and more.

Annie Lennox will launch the shop with an exclusive evening event and a live performance to a select 250 paying guests. As the week progresses, VIP names will be hosting the shop, helping to sell their items and offer visitors a once-in-a-lifetime shopping experience.

In conjunction with the shop, an online auction is now live on eBay. Items include Carey Mulligan's Bafta dress, a dress Annie Lennox wore in concert with Alicia Keys, Livia Firth's Bafta dress, Elle Macpherson's handbag, Ruby Wax's shoes, tickets to meet Lady Gaga, a dress worn by Anne Hathaway, Shirley Bassey's high heels, Beyoncé's House of Dereon dress and much more.
