The event took place on Sunday, April 11th in Hollywood at Boulevard3. Patricia Heaton hosted the fundraiser, and Ray Romano headlined an ensemble of comedians including stand-up comics Jeff Allen and Mike Polk. Comedy for a Cure raises funds to benefit the Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance and families affected by tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC), and has raised over $2.5 million for research, programs and services. TSC is a genetic disorder that causes potentially fatal tumors to form on a child’s vital organs. TSC affects one in 6,000 children and is the leading genetic cause of epilepsy and autism.
