At the approach of Christmas, it is not rare to see some célébrities take advantage of this occasion to help the less fortunates.

On Wednesday, December 17, Tori Spelling (born May 16, 1974) – the American actress best known for her role as Donna Martin in 1990s teen series Beverly Hills 90210 – and Dean McDermott, the Canadian actor best known for playing Constable Turnbull on TV series Due South, were seen together preparing themselves to bring help for this holiday season.

They spent part of their time at a Woodland Hills, California, Target store, picking up items for ten families as part of the Adopt A Family Foundation.

Tori and Dean brought home three truckloads full of toys, games, blankets, clothing, candy, bedding, cleaning supplies, and Christmas decorations for needy families.

Spelling is currently back in talks with the CW network over her possible involvement with the new incarnation of “90210.”
