Dear President Obama is an eye-opening documentary that takes a journey through more than 20 states to examine the impacts of drilling and fracking for oil and gas — through stories from the people living directly on the front lines.

The creators will be making the film available for a free screening for one night, 5/24, followed by a live video chat with Mark Ruffalo. Sign up to host a screening in your home and invite others to watch and participate with you!

What: Dear President Obama — National Home Screenings

When: Tuesday, May 24 (suggested start time is 7 p.m. ET, video chat is 8:45 p.m. ET)

Where: YOUR HOUSE

Who: You, all of your friends, and Mark Ruffalo!

Under President Obama’s watch, drilling and fracking expanded rapidly across the United States. And that means there are now more than 15 million Americans currently living within a mile of an oil or gas well. They’re facing the real-world consequences of our national energy policy. Shouldn’t they have a say in what that energy policy is?

When you sign up to host a screening, you’ll be provided with instructions for bringing the film and the live video chat with Mark Ruffalo into your living room. All you need is some comfy seating and an Internet connection to stream the film. You can add your screening to a national map so members of your community can find it and sign up to join you.

You and your friends will be inspired by the community members, whistleblowers and scientists exposing the impacts of President Obama’s “all of the above” energy policy and calling for a real clean energy revolution instead.
