amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research, will hold its second annual fundraising gala in Hong Kong on March 19, 2016 at Shaw Studios.

Victoria Beckham will receive special recognition during the event for her exceptional contributions to the global struggle against HIV/AIDS.

Uma Thurman will attend and serve as the evening’s Honorary Chair

Pansy Ho will serve as the Event Chair. Adrien Brody, Karolina Kurkova, Michelle Rodriguez, and Michelle Yeoh will serve as Event Co-Chairs. Harry Winston and Calvin Klein Collection will generously serve as the event’s Presenting Sponsors.

Last year’s inaugural event raised over $4 million for amfAR’s critical AIDS research programs.

In 2001, amfAR launched TREAT Asia, a cooperative network of clinics, hospitals, and research institutions working together with civil society to ensure the safe and effective delivery of HIV/AIDS treatments throughout Asia and the Pacific. TREAT Asia now encompasses 21 adult and 18 pediatric clinical sites across the region.
