Chicago Ideas announced this week that Academy Award-winning actress and founder of the lifestyle brand goop, Gwyneth Paltrow, CEO of goop, Lisa Gersh and Top Chef’s Emmy-nominated host and author Padma Lakshmi will join the Curiosity Series lineup. Other confirmed speakers include The Ayn Rand Institute’s Yaron Brook, The Root’s Questlove and cultural commentator Chuck Klosterman.

The Chicago Ideas Curiosity Series features a program of entertaining and thought-provoking Conversations with speakers exploring a variety of topics, February through June. The series kicked off to a sold out audience at the first event of the season, A Conversation with L.A. Reid, on February 17. Keeping with Chicago Idea’s mission to provide accessible world-class programming, most Curiosity Series tickets cost $15 and events take place at Morningstar, Venue SIX10 and the Museum of Contemporary Art.

This food-focused event will give attendees a taste of what Questlove learned through his conversations with ten of the most innovative chefs in America.
