Smile Train, the world’s largest cleft charity, hosted a journey to Cap Haitien, Haiti, last week, where four of their celebrity supporters were on hand to see their local programs in action – supported by their in-country Haitian partner doctors at Justinian University Hospital.

During the visit, Miss USA Olivia Jordan, Karrueche Tran, Quincy Brown and Kristen Taekman had the opportunity to learn more about the organization’s sustainable model and Smile Train’s local partners who are on the ground helping cleft patients 365 days a year.

In addition, they were able to see Smile Train’s local surgeons perform life-changing cleft surgeries.
