Comedy and TV legend Ray Romano, SNL alum, actor and comedian Kevin Nealon, TV and film star Joe Mantegna along with dozens of well-known celebrities from TV, film and comedy will join over 125 golf players to hit the links in support of cancer research and changing the future of cancer at Tower Cancer Research Foundation's (Tower) Second Annual Jack Mishkin Memorial Golf Classic on Monday, November 2, 2015 at El Caballero Country Club, 18300 Tarzana Drive, Tarzana, CA 91356.

The event has attracted the support of numerous celebrities, including Chris Rich (Reba), Debbe Dunning (Home Improvement), Dominic Keating (Star Trek: Enterprise), Donald Faison (Scrubs), Gabriel Aubry (world-renowned model), Gary Valentine (The King of Queens), Greg Fitzsimmons (celebrated stand-up comedian), Greg Itzin (24), Jackie Flynn (renowned stand-up comedian & actor), Jeff Nordling (24), Jimmy Shubert (Last Comic Standing), Joe Mantegna (Criminal Minds), Joel Gretsch (V), Joel Murray (Mad Men), Kathryn Newton (Gary Unmarried), Kevin Nealon (Saturday Night Live), Kurt Fuller (Psych), Mark Moses (Mad Men), Mark Paul Gosselaar (Franklin & Bash), Patrick Fabian (Better Call Saul), Peter Weller (Robocop, Dexter), Philip Boyd (The Haves and The Have Nots), Ray Romano (Everybody Loves Raymond), Richard Karn (Home Improvement), and Robert Hays (Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey).

The tournament honors the philanthropist, business and community leader Jack Mishkin, an avid golfer, whose life was cut short last year by Mesothelioma, a devastating disease. Jack was a longtime member of Tower’s Board, and his wife Nancy Mishkin, is currently the Chairman of the Board of Tower Cancer Research Foundation. Tower’s Jack Mishkin Memorial Cancer Fund is primarily focused on Mesothelioma and related cancers since the treatment for one type of cancer can often be utilized to slow the progress of others as well. Funds generated by the tournament will be directed towards funding a multi-year study to help uncover new and innovative therapies for cancer. Currently, fewer than 10% of people with Mesothelioma live at least 5 years and most survive only 12 to 21 months.

The full day of golfing and events includes: a Putting Contest; a Helicopter Ball Drop at 9:45AM where up to 500 numbered golf balls will be dropped from a hovering helicopter; Contests for Longest Drive, Straightest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Hole-in-one; On-Course Entertainment; Catered Lunch; Awards Reception; Cocktails and Hors D ’Oeuvres.
