Pauly Shore – stand-up comedian and actor (Encino Man, Entourage, Bucky Larson: Born to be a Star) – is partnering with Darelicious, the premiere online destination where you can dare yourself, a friend or even a celebrity to take on a dare to raise money for your favorite charity, in raising awareness and funds for Parkinson’s research with a side-splitting dare campaign in support of The Michael J. Fox Foundation.
The fans have spoken! Pauly Shore has been dared to get rid of all tour busses in Hollywood. He will walk the Sunset Strip, flag down Hollywood tour busses in hopes of getting the patrons themselves to sign off on this petition. In order to see Pauly go through with this dare, he must meet his funding goal of $5,000 for The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
With this campaign, Pauly takes a comedic approach to raising awareness for a cause that is close to his heart.
Between SEPTEMBER 17 – OCTOBER 11, 2014 supporters can go to www.Darelicious.com to pledge funds towards Pauly’s dare campaign. When the funding goal is met, Pauly will take on the dare and provide a video recap as proof for all to see and thoroughly enjoy.
