The Welsh singer recorded a special soundtrack in conjunction with The Body Shop and music licensing agency A&GSync for The Body Shop ‘Give Joy’ Christmas campaign, re-producing the classic Christmas carol Joy ToThe World with a cheerful modern twist.

Working with The Body Shop and music licensing agency A&GSync for the campaign, Charlotte said: “It was really interesting from a creative perspective, to work toward someone else’s brief and it ended up being good fun taking a piece of music we all know so well apart and trying to make it into something new and enjoyable.”

Charlotte added: “The Body Shop is a great ethical institution who make a real difference around the world, so it’s fantastic to be involved.”

This Christmas, The Body Shop is giving £200,000 from the sales of all gifts to help build five new schools with their Community Fair Trade partners in India, Nepal, Honduras and Ghana. By purchasing a gift from The Body Shop, you’re helping to give education, the greatest gift of all, to children in communities around the world.
