Five years ago, Michael Sheen presented Louise Firinne with a Celebrate Success Award, after she turned her life around to set up her own business. Find out what happened when he turned up in London to see how she was getting on.

Video: Michael Sheen surprises Prince's Trust young designer in an emotional reunion

To celebrate 10 years of Celebrate Success, the Prince's Trust has been catching up with some of the former award winners who have inspired them over the years.

One of those young people is Louise Firinne from Belfast, whose story of battling abuse, homelessness, and unemployment left a lasting impression on all who attended the ceremony in 2009. Back then, Louise had just set up a successful stationery business, and was presented with the Enterprise Award by actor and Prince’s Trust Ambassador Michael Sheen.

Today, Louise’s company LouLou Dreaming sells beautiful stationery, jewellery and gifts, so the Prince’s Trust invited her to come and see their new shop, Tomorrow’s Store, which sells products created by our young entrepreneurs.

What they didn’t tell her was that Michael Sheen would also be popping in for a chat.

As you can see in the video, Louise was delighted to see the actor, and meeting him brought back lots of memories of their time on stage at the ceremony in 2009.

And if seeing Michael Sheen wasn’t enough of a surprise, Louise was also invited to become a stockist of Tomorrow’s Store.

Louise couldn’t stop smiling as she returned home to Belfast that evening.

“I was just overwhelmed by everything and the wonderfulness of the whole day felt surreal” says Louise. “I spent the evening pinching myself!”
