Nikki Lund and Richie Sambora, the dynamic designing duo behind the contemporary ready-to-wear line Nikki Rich swept through Lombard, IL, just outside of Chicago on Saturday, taking high-end department store Von Maur by storm.
Ready to launch their 4th collection for Spring 2014, this now-well-established fashion house met with hundreds of fans, some who confessed to driving all day to get there, who lined the isles as Lund and Sambora prepared to meet and greet every last person.
One by one, they made their way to the front and were met with warm handshakes, wide smiles, and signature cards from the pair.
Additionally, Lund and Sambora, who have been noted for their individual philanthropy, banded together to donate to the Chicago chapter of The Starlight Children's Foundation. They met with local representatives in the store and presented the charity with a generous check for $10,000.
Needless to say, every article of Nikki Rich clothing from their Fall 2013 Collection sold old immediately.
