Starring Alec Baldwin, Lyle Kessler’s “Orphans” is already receiving critical acclaim before it’s opening night. After seven seasons playing the charismatic, controlling network executive Jack Donaghy on the NBC comedy 30 Rock, Alec Baldwin returns to Broadway in spring 2013 in a much darker show – but in a role that is no less charismatic or controlling. Mr. Baldwin will portray Harold, a mobster who is kidnapped and held by two troubled brothers in Lyle Kessler’s 1983 drama. The play will be directed by the Tony Award winner Daniel Sullivan (The Columnist, Proof).
Proceeds from the auction will go to the Screen Actors Guild Foundation.
