Chef Nik Fields, founder of Waste Not Want Not Inc., launched the “Love Food, No Waste” campaign on January 1, 2017. The campaign seeks to raise $50,000 or more. Proceeds from the organization will be used to establish a food kitchen for individuals that are less fortunate so that they have a place to go and experience 3 healthy meals daily. WNWN Inc. is depending on the added support of individuals and the business community to support with donations, sponsorships and and ticket purchases to the Gala fundraiser, which are tax deductible.
Waste Not Want Not Inc. (WNWN Inc.) is a 501c3 government approved nonprofit organization that will bring awareness to worldwide food waste and shortages. WNWN Inc. will be advocating fighting hunger and malnutrition by preventing the discarding of food that could be used to provide healthy meals for low-income families and the homeless population in need. WNWN Inc., will also provide education services and sustainability techniques to households and restaurants on how to limit food waste.
