TPPCF, Inc. was organized “to acquire, maintain, preserve, and display to the public items of historical and cultural interest relating to Diana, the Princess of Wales” and “to conduct, both directly and through grants to other charitable organizations, activities in furtherance of the charitable and educational purposes supported or endorsed by the late Diana, Princess of Wales, during her lifetime… including but not limited to the prevention, treatment, cure, and alleviation of suffering from AIDS, related disorders, and cancer, and injuries caused by land mines, and the provision of care and services for disadvantaged children.”
