Bony Pony is a non-profit organization founded by Dr. Frank Ryan to help underprivileged and at-risk youth excel beyond their current situations.
The Foundation has created an atmosphere where young people can maximize their talents and achieve new goals in life by being exposed to new role models and mentors who can provide a positive influence.
In the past, Dr. Ryan has rewarded children who’ve excelled in the program by taking them to exclusive events or premieres.
How you can help
There are a variety of ways that people can help the Bony Pony Ranch Foundation. Volunteers are always welcome at the Ranch to help with Day and Overnight Camps. Volunteers can help with games and activities, help prepare the food and help with the horseback riding.
Help with the mentoring and leadership seminars is always needed — successful teens or adults are welcome to apply to be mentors at the Ranch.
Animal lovers are welcome to help care for and maintain the animals during the time in between Camps.
Also welcome are donations, either monetary or in kind donations, which can include clothing and accessories, concert tickets, movie premiere passes, sports tickets, athletic and camping gear, toys, food, beverages, etc. Bony Pony Ranch can find a use for just about anything at the Camps!
