Terry Pratchett was diagnosed with a rare form of Alzheimer’s disease in December, 2007. He made a donation of $1 million to the Alzheimer’s Research Trust in March, 2008.
Pratchett was also a trustee for the for the Orangutan Foundation UK, an organization dedicated to the conservation of the species.
He died in March 2015.
Terry Pratchett has passed away, but we remember his charity work.
