In 2013, Cranston, and ‘Breaking Bad’ co-star Aaron Paul, raised $1M for the anti-bullying nonprofit, the Kind Campaign. Plus, he also held a separate fundraiser related to ‘Breaking Bad’ which raised $303,000 for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
Cranston has produced an instructional DVD called KidSmartz, which is designed to teach families how to stay safe from child abductors and Internet predators. KidSmartz raises money for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children by donating half the proceeds from sales.
In April 2014, Cranston presented at Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS Easter Bonnet Competition with Idina Menzel, Fran Drescher, and Denzel Washington, after raising donations at his Broadway show All the Way.
