Ben Shephard is an English television presenter and avid philanthropist, dedicating much of his free time to working with charities and striving to drive awareness to each cause.
He often takes part in extreme physical challenges, including launching an endurance running and cycling event (C2C), boxing Lemar for Sport Relief and climbing Mount Kilimanjaro to benefit Comic Relief.
Ben has hosted many fund-raising events, supporting organisations such as Help Harry Help Others, Cystic Fibrosis Trust and the Haven House Children's Hospice, to name a few.
